How do I log in to the website?
Reflex Investor allows all subscribers to choose their own unique username and password to log in to the website. After purchasing a subscription, you will receive a confirmation email. Your password is case-sensitive so be sure to enter the information exactly in the same manner as you did during the initial sign up process.

My login information is not working:

The website tells me I do not have cookies enabled:
You must have cookies enabled on your web browser in order to log in, find out how to enable cookies.

How can I read current or archived content online?
Reflex Investor provides free content in our Market Commentary and Chart of the Week sections of the main menu. Archive menus are also available on the homepage in the right-hand column toward the bottom.

Members of our premium trading services will log in and utilize the Members Lounge menu page to gain access to paid material. Then, click on "Dashboard" to be taken to trade alerts, special reports and open/closed position portfolios.

When will my next trading alert be posted to the Reflex Investor website?
We're always scanning for the best trade setups. As soon as an investment opportunity is fully researched and posted to the site, an email alert will be immediately sent to all members of the service.

You should expect to receive your first alert within a week or two since our editors frequently post updates and recommendations as soon as they become available. It is recommended that you read the most recent updates of the service so that you are immediately caught up to speed with your subscription.

Can I speak to the editor about a certain question or concern that I have?
We appreciate receiving customer feedback and questions regarding our services. Any comments, questions or concerns should be sent to our customer service department at support@reflexinvestor.com so that they can be forwarded to the appropriate editor for further handling. Please note that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) prohibits us from giving personal investment advice.

Do all of Reflex Investor’s subscriptions have an auto-renew option?
Yes, all subscriptions are placed on automatic renewal with a valid credit card. Please contact our customer service department via e-mail if you have any questions. You may cancel at any time.

I live outside the United States. Can I still subscribe?
We have many international subscribers. If you do have concerns about trading overseas, we recommend discussing the situation with your broker to ensure satisfaction.

How much money should I invest?
Due to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, we are prohibited from providing any information that may be construed as personal investment advice. You should consult with your broker about any decisions related to your investments.
